Others, such as Singapore Airlines offer life time membership but only after you have flown a consider amount with them.

Singapore Airlines website states:

Becoming a Solitaire PPS Club Life Member

As a Solitaire PPS Club Life member, you will enjoy a first class experience and receive all of the privileges of the Solitaire PPS Club without ever having to renew your membership. Solitaire PPS Club Life membership will be yours when you have accumulated 1,875,000 PPS Club miles (or 1,000 PPS Club sectors) in First or Raffles/Business Class on Singapore Airlines and/or SilkAir.

Now that's a lot of flying
But Kiwi Flyer is nearly 1/2 way there!!:p:mrgreen:
My question:

not yet but getting close to half way - not bad since only started collecting PPS sectors in 2004...

There is a distinction though between LTG and LT QP - mainly in the points earning and priority seating area.

Actually QP NB get access to most of the same priority seating that SG/PS/WP/CL et al get.

They do not get access to the T award buckets.

And don't forget that Lifetime Qantas Club membership guarantees you access to the Qantas Club lounges when flying with Qantas for the rest of your life or the life of the Qantas Club program.

While Lifetime Gold FF status currently include all the benefits of Qantas FF Gold level status, there is no guarantee that Gold status will always include complementary Qantas Club membership. They could change the defined benefits of Gold status to no longer include Qantas Club membership.

Now I obviously hope that never happens, but you never know what "enhancements" will occur in the future  .
