The business lounge is a oneworld lounge so oneworld rules apply. Yes I know Qantas operate it but it’s technically not Qantas owned.

As a result Qantas club members get access as if it’s an associated lounge.

A partner lounge as it were. So, if you're a QF Gold on an AA ticket do you get a single guest including children, or are you a QC member with one guest plus children?
