Via AFF Gold membership Qantas Club membership is $230 joining fee and $400 for one year and $709.99 for two years.
I have not been notified of any new rates as yet.
As per the spiel sent out the forms are out of date but it is all we have to use. The 'NEW' rates are also in one of the links so probably not a good idea to ignore them. When I rang them yesterday I was advised that there was an error in their new rates so here is a link to the correct ones. AFF Qantas Club membership rates.Great - thanks for that info. So I guess I will ignore the figures that are in the application form supplied in the Gold Membership link?
Don't worry, they'll do another 50% off membership drive after the price increase.
Buzzard, compare QP SYDd business lounge vs VA PERd the lounge.
Just being able to look outside tops it all.
In the VA PERd the lounge can't even look out onto apron.
Why the opaque windows???
Silly comparison, why would you compare Sydney QF with Perth VA, comparing same cities would be much fairer, and surprisingly not much variance.
I would think that personal membership is on the wane, given the average member is flying less and the cost per visit (in their eyes) is going up, so on renewal there are a lot of non renewals.Perhaps they're hemorrhaging members ?
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements

If that is the case, why increase the price? Once again, QF making inexplicable decisions.
