No. The Qantas club is entered via status (SG and higher) or paid membership.

The F Lounge can only be entered when travelling on a OneWorld flight in F or with WP status when travelling internationally on a OneWorld flight.

The key difference is that you can wear thongs in the First Lounge but not in the Qantas Club

The Qantas Club is both a paid membership program and the name of the base Qantas domestic lounges. Then you have the Domestic Business Lounge, which a Qantas Club member cannot access.

Internationally you have the International Business Lounge (which Qantas Club can access) and in SYD, MEL, LAX and BNE, AKL the Qantas First Lounge (not that BNE, AKL counts)

The International First lounges in SYD, MEL, LAX are superior to the Business Lounges - as you would expect given you need to travel in a higher cabin class or have higher status.
All three have sit-down alacarte dining service, high quality wine lists, and SYD and MEL also have a spa/massage room.

There are plenty of reviews of all the Qantas lounges if you google.

Am testing QF MEL F lounge Christmas Day.
MEL - AKL F EK 380 with QF flight number.

He asked what the difference was, and I gave a way for him to get to try it.
Apart from an invite from a WP/P1 on that particular flight, or one close to it, the OP would not get the chance to feel the F lounge.
Granted for most of the WP/P1 here who can enter the F lounge at will, there are some of us on here who are not as lucky.
Who is going to, lets say, fly MEL - AKL on the EK 380 at the time I am flying, if I didn't pay for that F seat, who would invite me, if I was flying J/Y, no one.
No one on here has mentioned they are flying on that flight, on that day across to NZ.
If not an invite, then its paying several thousand more, to climb status, or to buy a F seat Au to the US/DXB/LHR where F is offered.

Without trying to be picky. The menu IMHO is more of a "table d'hôte" menu ( still very nice mind you
