Anyone else having issues logging in to their QFF account?

I was able to log in earlier in the night but now trying to use OLCI and cannot get past the Home screen.

Is it due to expired security certificates? I have been seeing error messages for around 2 weeks now.

I am having trouble as well; it simply returns you to the home page.

Re: Hang on, I thought you were going to renew our security certificate?

same here. Y2k bug came 12 years late?

Re: Hang on, I thought you were going to renew our security certificate?

I have just tried to get into my account and I can't either.

Just puts me back to home page.

I am on a Macbook Pro

Re: Hang on, I thought you were going to renew our security certificate?

whole site looks to be down now

Is anyone else having problems trying to sign into their QF ff profile as I've tried both of ours but nothing happens as the name, ffn no & pin fields appear blank?

Not working for me either. After entering PIN and logging in, the main Qantas page refreshes and shows the login screen again.

Re: Hang on, I thought you were going to renew our security certificate?

Thanks guys. I thought it may have just been me and I tried rebooting laptop, clearing cookies etc and still no luck logging in to QFF account.

Have 23B for tomorrow night's flight and just want to ensure I don't end up in a middle seat down the back if there is an aircraft substitution!

My mother has been trying to check-in online all day and I tried using both reloc and FF numbers, but was getting me into their accounts but not the booking :(

Thought you tried to select seats on the J&K side or weren't you able to?

Always JK side, if possible. This was one of those problem bookings where I could not even load the booking on QF website and called at T-80 for better seat selection and 23B was all that was available. Much better than my then seat allocation of 27J....

Re: The totally off-topic thread

No probs for me just now as well as around the time you Qld guys were posting.

Re: Hang on, I thought you were going to renew our security certificate?

Seems to be ok this morning.

Can log in to the QFF account now but still no OLCI available.

OLCI appears to be up and running again.

Does anyone know or understand the issues we have experienced over the past 24 hours? Has someone installed some changes to website and the installation has partly failed? Poorly tested changes. Did the website simply break down?

Well, I trust my parents made it to SYD - according to their QFF accounts they did, so they must have checked-in at the airport

Strange. When you all were having problems I could get onto the QF site just fine. Last night for several hours I got a " temporary " page with basic usability.
