Qantas complaint

Folks I am not sure if I am in the right area of AFF but I am sure you will be able to point me in the right direction. I have a major whinge about QF flights to and from Darwin but cannot seeem to find the right location on their website to direct it to. I am more than a regular flier to DRW and want to inform Quantas of its major shortcomings on this route. Look forward to your feedback.

Out of interest what route in particular, from where to Darwin.

Oh another out of interest question. I see you wrote Qantas and Quantas. I've seen this mixed thing a few times recently. Normally it would all be wrong or all correct. Are you using some particular computer/software that might have wrongly autocorrect to add a "U" in Quantas?

Qantas should have been the correct spelling just using my iPad and also a little agitated forgot to review my spelling before posting. My route is ADL/DRW / DRW and have done 15 trips so far this year.

cheers thanks. its a pretty poor route with only 1 direct flight a day, from memory. i suppose you get a 767 in the dry season. one benefit, i guess.

Yes sometimes a 767 and occasionlly a international config. My issue is about an exceptionally poor snd repetitive menu and extensive delays due to issues in MEL & ADL which impact on the return flight.

No different to PER, MEL, CBR or BNE who also have only 1 flight, only SYD and CNS get two.

The east coast, however, have multiple connection options, that I also considered in my assessment of it being a poor route. (yes I only mentioned direct).

To be fair DJ dont service ASP or DRW ex ADL,so they dont think either worthwhile at all.. poor service vs no service..perhaps a complaint to DJ pointing out they dont connect 2 capital cities...not quiet game changing form

Dont think they see the point in servicing ASP from a profitability aspect, and they do have a very nice PM service to Melbourne, wasnt that long ago QF did not service MEL but this changed because of the DJ offering.

I should just say that I find the menu between SYD and ADL to be poor and repetitive. Not sure what would make it exceptionally poor for me, maybe if I started to actually take the food offered. :!:
