CX upgraded me to F on this very sector (operated by their long haul 77W) due to typhoon disruptions...HKG-TPE CX F was on my to-do list for a long time
That's nice @AIRwin - Is it good?CX upgraded me to F on this very sector (operated by their long haul 77W) due to typhoon disruptions...
OMG I had spent the night at the airport so I fell asleep soon after I boarded and reclined the seat to lie flat... When I woke up, we still had not taken off while waiting for the storm to ease, so my time in the F cabin was longer than the flight itself! That's nice @AIRwin - Is it good?
That's good then ... at least you got a good sleep out of the flightOMG I had spent the night at the airport so I feel asleep soon after I boarded and reclined the seat to lie flat... Exactly. You will not be given overflight clearance of China if you start or finish in Taipei. So, you have to avoid China totally. At which point it's a long, long, way from being usable.Probably a political issue due to TPE-LHR over flying mainland china.
I wish Qantas would return to using DXB but unfortunately I don't think it is likely.EK deal must be dead if they’re suggesting TPE over DXB.
