Qantas CR on JQ Domestic Y followed by JQ International J. What baggage allowance?

I am about to book a classic reward with an evening domestic JQ in Y in Australia, with an overnight stay before a morning International JQ in J to Japan
1. Will I get the Y baggage allowance (first flight), or the J baggage allowance (second flight, connecting overnight with less than 24h).

2. Will my baggage be checked through? My understanding is no, according to https://www.jetstar.com/au/en/help/articles/baggage-transfers

Assuming this is all one ticket, I would expect the most significant carrier rule comes into play and you'll get the JQ J allowance.

Your bags won't be checked through.

Edit: sorry I got confused by the title and thought you were QF->JQ...

The ticket should end up as 30kg on both flights.
