Qantas domestic seating data capture

As a follow up to some of the seating "issues" some people have had shall we capture the details of what seats people are actually being allocated? the information to capture would be I think:

Is there anything else we need?

I think this could be a really easy thing. Then someone can put it all into excel and we can see if there is anything that tells a real story or is it just JohnK's bad luck ?

What exactly does fare basis mean?

Each fare paid has a fare basis - not just the distinction between Business and Economy but fares within that.

I think you have put in O for the class of travel which I was intending to be Business/Economy.
