Hello fellow travelers.
On the QFF site it records the following
"Customers holding tickets for travel within Australia and internationally now have the ability to cancel their booking and retain the full value of the booking as a Qantas Flight Credit for a limited time only.1"
I am wondering exactly what this means??
I have booked a SYD--AMS Business class (out 26.05.2020) return 09.06.2020.
I need this as a double status point flight to retain platinum. Will Qantas give me "the full value of the booking..." or will it be reduced to a standard credit?
Any thoughts--I know what they should honour---i.e., exactly what they say---"retain full value".
Regards
