PC bonus points from QF Hotels post with with the base points on the traveller account at the same time (4 wks after checkout - although some peeps seemed to have issues ) although, QBR bonus points have been slower to post.

I don’t recall ever getting bonus bonus points in QBR but that could also be a function on not booking a Hotel during that promo….

Ah, yes I received 2x QBR points recently for a booking made during the DSC promo ending Oct 2025. I was wondering where they came from

Got DSC last night for a flight Friday night. Probably will get the DSC for my Sunday night flight in the next day or two.

This has likely been asked, but honestly the search feature hasn't worked in my favour today.

With the Oct DSC, what were the rules and experiences of people who've had to change or move their flights? I might have to shift a flight and wondering if I'll still be able to get the DSC? The flight is still in the promo period before Oct 31st 2025.

Edit: Sounds dumb but my main conundrum is if I want to be with friends and make memories over the weekend or chase status. Should I just hold out and wait till Feb/Mar 26 DSC promo? My status won't expire till Aug 2026.

Based on my fairly recent experience, you can safely make changes to your booking. In addition octobers t&cs are supportive of that. So really no concern for october. For March, everyone is debating what should in theory happens, though in practice it is business as usual (for now).

The flying window doesn't end on 31st October 2025 for the Oct 24 promo. It ends on 19th October. The flying window for DSC always finishes at most a bit under a year after the booking window finishes. If one direction of flights is during the flying window and the other not, you should still get DSC for the flights that are during the flying window, but not for the ones afterwards.

I think another promo later this year (perhaps targeted) is likely and an early 2026 promo even more likely, but there's no guarantee. I would probably prioritise time with friends and look into what you still need to book when the next promotion comes along.
