Not sure if this is new or not. Just found a Qantas frequent flyer calculator app for Android phones. Works out status credits etc :mrgreen:

There is an iPhone version and an Android version. look for it in the respective app stores.

And just to be more complex, there is a free and a paid version of the app in both stores!

I saw it in the market (Frequent Flyer Calculator by Adam Ware) but it looked a bit suspect because it requested a lot access that i would not expect frequent flyer calculator to need. Such as the ability to take pictures, record audio, receive SMSs, read and write contact data. So thought it would be best to avoid it.

I've heard those are default requests that sometimes aren't taken out by inexperienced developers. I'm sure Tuppaware isn't trying to pull a fast one on you.

Though it'd be cool if you could take a photo of a 'route' and the app recognise it

I think it hit the market while I was in Tahiti and not online much, hence the miss.

I went for the paid app. Yet to test it but I'm sure it will rock. Thanks to Tuppaware; hope you sell a squillion.

Just tested the app. Entered my upcoming DONE4 but it doesn't like changing to F for the AA US domestic sectors. All calculations are done using J earn.

Hope Tuppaware is looking. Can it be fixed so that each sector can be independently set for class?

Otherwise it looks pretty sweet.

I just tried to put a relative onto this app but it seems to have disappeared from the app store. No amount of searching finds it. Anyone know what the situation is .

Frustration with the Android platform version lead me to believe that it wasn't worthy further development so I have pulled it from the Google Play store (that it it kept getting bad reviews - sure way to kill dev products btw).

It was the iPhone app that I was chasing but I can no longer find it on the Apple App Store. I have it on my idevices and find it very handy. I was suggesting my sister-in-law get it but we can't find it.

I've had ongoing issues with access to data via /Qantas and Virgin (Unknown to me Virgin lounge actually blocks data to and from my site) which is very frustrating.
I've removed it from Sale at the moment because the amount of time I have to provide is limited (as this is a hobby) - and I found I couldn't reply to Questions I have.

I'm happy to supply the IPA file for those with a Jailbroken phone.

I'm using V3.1.1g and I'm only interested in QF/OW. It still talks to QF and updates my profile. Are there any downside issues in continuing to use what I have?

Should be no issues John. I'll continue to keep the backend systems up so worries there.
