Is there a good website to check? I was thinking 3am Aus time.

I just use the world clock on my phone.

I've been sitting through some Zoom meetings to Europe recently. Outlook converts the time in meeting requests for me - 1 to 3 pm Paris converts to 11 pm to 1 am east coast daylight time.

It's actually a nice timeframe, I can sit there with a nice coffee cup of wine in my home clothes. I feel for the Americans on these meetings they're running from like 4 am, and so have to get up, put on a suit and then head to work for the day afterwards.

I thought it wasn't legal to sell food that is past its best before date?

You can't sell something past its 'use-by' date.
If it says 'best before' it can still be sold provided it is fit for human consumption
