I wish to join the QFF program. Could someone please tell me what will be in the welcoming pack (a photo if possible) and what the benefits (if there is any) of the Bronze status.

A letter that has a card, that would be about it for the welcome pack.
 
You will get something like this...the card, a generic letter and a brochure (not sure if they do the brochures still)

the benefit you will get is the ability to earn points and redeem them... thats really it.
 
The benefits of bronze is that it starts you on your way towards higher levels and / or free flights and / or free upgrades into the higher classes...
