Today I received an unsolicited email from [email protected] containing the text in the boxes below. I've never logged into my rewards account and have not recently logged into my qantas account, so I have taken no action to prompt this message.

Can anyone tell me what's going on here?

Cheers, Steve

Hi Stephen <redacted>, this email is to confirm your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number has been removed from your Everyday Rewards account.

What’s next?

You have previously chosen to convert your Everyday Rewards points to Qantas Points.
As you have removed your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number from your Everyday Rewards account, your account settings have been changed and your Rewards choice has been updated to enjoy money off your shopping. Your Everyday Rewards points that have not yet been converted to Qantas Points will be saved until you reach 2000 Everyday Rewards points.
You can change your Rewards choice at any time by logging into your Everyday Rewards account and selecting My Rewards Choice.

Firstly, might want to redact your full name (unless you already changed it) in the quote email.

One of two things. Either your Woolies account has been compromised or for some reason they've made the change themselves/sent the email in error.

A phone call to Woolies Rewards would be a good start. I'd also suggest logging in and changing your password as a starting point.
