Qantas Frequent Flyer refusing to credit Alaska flight as operated by Skywest

Yes, no response from the frequent flyer centre though. Talk about making it hard

Has taken maybe a week or so for them to get back to me sometimes. However, my stuff has never been urgent, but just mundane crediting of ORC.

Yeash! It’s been 10 days since I flew AS operated by Horizon and no SC earn so I submitted a missing points claim.

Have 2 more of these flights before my year end in April and need the SC - guess I need to prepare to escalate
