wonder if they are both still banned from flying Qantas - what they would have done with all those points if they'd won - that's a lot of toasters

So he paid for QC membership and got belligerent when he wasn't treated like a WP?

Then the two of them refused to follow lawful instructions from a crew member. While I only know their side of the story, they sound like they had it coming.

You meant WPs should be able to expect to access J amenities as a matter of course ?

Have you seen how many points they want for a coughpy toaster? ;)

That's an excellent suggestion. They should have given them the points. Not much use to someone who's banned from flying. "I'm sorry sir you're banned; no we won't be refunding the points for your round the world first class booking."

Still can use it for OW and EK redemptions. :)
 
But you may use the points on our gold toaster with Qantas logo on the side :/
