I don't know, did 50K one day going for the last badge and it almost killed me. Do manage the 120K a week pretty comfortably nowadays however

I also need to get that badge. I've walked a Marathon distance in the past but that was before QF handed out points for doing so. Clear and cool weather in Adelaide for the next week so may make a stab at it.....

300 points; I think I will pass, easier to BWS and collect 300 points that way.

You actually get more than 300 points (30 days * 10). Assuming say you set your daily challenge for 8000 steps you get 1.5 points per day (1.2 points for 6000) and if you did that you'd likely have your weekly challenge of 60000 steps which equals 8 points. So 30 * 1.5 = 45 and 4 * 8 = 32. So all up 377 points

And if you did the weekly friends step challenge against a couple of numpties, you'd receive 5 points per week giving another 20 points.

Then of course there is the sleep challenge which can be set at a pretty low bar, so another 0.5 points per day. We're now up to 412 points for the month.

A lot more if you had a Qantas Insurance policy.

And I noticed that the Check Up's which I had done a while back were suddenly available again, so it appears you can do them multiple times I'm not sure when it resets to have another go however.

Sorry to hijack, but how do I start a new topic? Are there restrictions on newbies? I cannot see a "Start New Topic" button? I've looked on this site but cannot find background info. I've also re-read my "Welcome to AFF" email to check without success?
Go to the Forum where you wish to start a thread, look to the top right and select "Post thread".

I have only done the 7,500 steps once this month. Might do it again one day next weekend.

Unfortunately no, it doesn't appear in the list of apps available for download

Hmm, I think you're right. That's a shame, although I guess it makes sense since Qantas Insurance is only available to customers in Australia.

I wish Velocity had something like this to keep the few dead points I have there alive :)

Flying 100% QF and JQ now so not earning any VA2 points.

Anyway signed up!

When you shop at coles and spend more than $100 per month, they award Status Credits to the linked VFF account. That would keep them alive.

But yes, would be good if there was a VFF equivalent.

Thank you yes know about this but try not to shop at Coles or Woolworths :)
