Qantas FX Airwallex Promotion - Missing points?

i believe i have been scammed by Qantas Airwallex latest FX special bonus points offer

the latest deal says;

Earn up to 125,000 bonus Qantas Points as a new converter±:

Convert minimum $20,000 AUD and earn 40,000 bonus points.
Or, convert minimum $40,000 AUD and earn 80,000 bonus points.
Or, convert minimum $75,000 AUD and earn 125,000 bonus points.

the small print says “Any customer that makes their first conversion between 1 February 2024 and 30 April 2024 …….will receive points awarded based on the total amounts converted by the member during the Offer Period ”

in my view the meaning of this is clear; if you sign up before 30 April you will receive bonus points based on the total amounts converted before 30th April

Well i changed $75k and got bonus points, a few days later changed another $75k and no bonus points.

I challenged this and Qantas say that only the 1st FX deal is elligible for bonus points

IMO the legals on this are very clear, does anyone have any ideas how to pursue my missing 125,000 points ?

To me it's pretty clear if you transfer 75k+ you'll get 125k points. Doesn't matter if it's 75k or 575k. It doesn't work in multiples.

I got the impression that the 'total amounts' referred to the total transferred during the offer dates. Not the individual transactions.

The small print says:

±Eligible to Qantas Business Rewards members who make their first foreign currency conversion for their business between 1 February 2024 and 30 April 2024 (Offer Period). Points are awarded according to the total amounts converted by the member during the Offer Period as follows: 40,000 bonus Qantas Points after converting minimum $20,000 AUD (or AUD equivalent), or 80,000 bonus Qantas Points after converting minimum $40,000AUD (or AUD equivalent), or 125,000 total bonus Qantas Points after converting minimum $75,000AUD (or AUD equivalent).

That seems very clear that any total over $75k will still earn only 125,000 bonus.

Because it says minimum 75k, not every 75k.

Because it says total amount converted, not per transaction.

In in you could make 10 transactions of $7500 and reach it or one transaction of $100000.

It's not per transaction.
