Maybe not to this particular thread, but given the changes in CX lounge management, the quality of their champagnes isn't what it used to be.
To many people, QF are offering the better champagne, for those who can access it.
Not sure what your second sentence is about, besides showing a complete lack of knowledge about proper nouns.
But not a complete lack of knowledge about champagne. Santé.

Judging by the comments on this thread absolutely slamming the Qantas First Lounge at LAX for being mediocre at best, they won't get many takers LOL:

I don't know about HKG because I always shun it in favour of the CX lounges which serve champagne.

I've never found the HKG QF lounge to be overly busy (even before the recent protests which have reduced HKG travel), even in the early evening peak period. It's quite large and given there are so many CX lounges, it doesn't seem to get a huge amount of OneWorld travelers (I have noticed some from BA). They have a few nice extras like passed hors-d'oeuvre and later on , desserts (the timing of this matches the peak attendance of QF flyers), and roaming wait staff to bring you new drinks if you like - features I associate more with an F lounge than a J.

Just an update: Qantas PR has clarified that its original briefing notes cited the wrong PER lounge - paid access is available for the T1 international terminal lounge, not the T4 business class lounge.
