Does anyone have an easy method of getting Qantas itineraries to auto-enter into the google calendar?

Events such as flights *should* be drawn from my email to my calendar as I have that feature toggled on but for some reason, it does not seem to work with Qantas itineraries.

Try checking on google.com/travel to see if they picked up your itinerary

On the QF website, in MMB you can "add to calendar" which just exports a .ics file. This can be imported into G cal. Obviously not automated.

I find about 90% of my QF flights will auto-populate from the confirmation email.

I have the same question. In fact, just a few days ago I asked from QF how to get flights added directly from the Android app to Google Calendar and got a hilariously roundabout response "I am concerned to hear that you are unable to link your flights to your Google calendar. It is best to contact Google Calendar as they have the information on how you can add your Qantas flights to their application. They can be contacted at 1-855-836-1987 or click this link. Another way to be notified of your flights with us would be with our Qantas Application wherein we can send real-time notification with your activities with us. You may contact our Frequent Flyer Service Centre at 13 11 31."

Some emailed itineraries come through in a format which Google can automatically process but others it misses completely. IMHO, an 'Add to calendar' ought to be a basic function in the mobile app (in a similar manner than e.g. in Meetup app). The export to ICS files from the website MMB is a clunky way, especially if you have several individual flights to add.

Personally use TripIt which I find better than Google Travel. Can be set to autoscan gmail, or you can forward to an email address (useful for work as well)

Second this method. In fact they offer an URL that can be used by any calendar app. So I just forward all my itineraries to TripIt, and they appear as a "Travel' calendar in Outlook and on my phone.

All available on the free TripIt account also, no need to pay.
