Which of the three One World Lounges would previous travellers recommend?

If the flight is on Qantas, you'll have access to the Cathay Pacific lounge and Japan Airlines Sakura lounge as well.

Just to let anyone interested. On checking in advised Aspire lounge. Thanks to Doddler we tried our luck at JAL Sakura lounge and no problems with entry. Thanks
