Can anyone please confirm if I can access the Qantas International Business Lounge in Singapore as a Qantas Club member (but only Silver / Ruby status) but flying EK in economy (EK flight number) to Phnom Penh.

This page on Qantas website (https://www.qantas.com/au/en/qantas...ity.html#qantas-international-business-lounge) indicates eligible access for Qantas Club flying EK flight number, but at the top it says "This is inclusive of Qantas International Lounges, located in Brisbane, Hong Kong and London."

Other information seems to indicate access only if it's Qantas codeshare route, or only access to lounges based in Australia.

Believe you should be fine, and as an early evening flight the QF lounge will be open.
Not sure why they specifically call out those three lounges

I just realised the lounge only opens at 2.30pm and my flight is 3.35pm so will only have 30 mins max anyway

Unless you're there on a Thursday?

It could be open 24/7 .... but the OP is still not eligable

~ Qantas Club members travelling to New York or Dallas Fort Worth are eligible for American Airlines Admiral lounge only. Qantas Club members travelling to Rome must be travelling on the seasonal Qantas-operated direct service only to be eligible for lounge access. Emirates business class lounge for Qantas Club members is only available in Dubai. Qantas Club members travelling on Emirates are entitled to lounge access on flights departing from Australia only.

Thanks for clearing it up, that is pretty clear when you read the footnote, I missed the '~' in the table.
