Qantas Lounge Access on Domestically International JQ Flight

Did QF10/9 on a trip to MEL last week ( as well as many times pre covid) and have never had more than a 15 min wait (always HLO) to get the BP and clear security, also getting out the other end has never taken long. Never done it with a JQ flight though so things might be different there. With a QF flight ex MEL the FLounge access makes it definitely worth it as a WP or better.

Is there a current list of such flights?

I checked over the next 3-4 months.

From MEL, I am seeing a 6am flight to OOL, a 7.35am to CNS and a 7.50am to SYD. Once a week only and it comes and goes depending on the month.

From SYD, the timing is better, a 10.45 or 11.45am to MEL, once a week only.

The reason that I gave up on this with Jetstar flights is that there is a really good chance those flights get cancelled/retimed and you get reallocated to a domestic service with similar timing. Jetstar do not consider this a "Significant Change" and there is little chance of refund. (They don't consider the inability to use a "First Lounge" as being unable to use your Booking for its intended purpose. [Note "its", not "your"].)

The last time this happened to me was a decade ago, where I had three failures in three months. I haven't booked such since.

Is there a current list of such flights? I’ve only done QF9 and QF5 from MEL and SYD respectively as domestic hops to PER. For me it is definitely worth it with HLO. I didn’t think it took that long to get to the Flounge - 10 or 15 mins perhaps.
... and of course, with HLO you can check in well before the flight. With JQ from MEL and SYD and no OLCI, your FLounging is generally time restricted.

Cancelled 8 hours before departure this morning but at least I was entitled to a refund with a Business Max bundle:
