Just wondering if anyone (with Qantas Club or Gold+ status) has tried to access a Qantas lounge when flying with Jetstar since the QF lounges reopened last month?

I can't see any specific exemption for Jetstar passengers, but I realise that Qantas is being a bit more restrictive with access at the moment so wanted to check.

Solution
Reporting a happy ending (or rather beginning) before my JQ flight this morning - there's even a separate manual contact register for JQ passengers next to the lounge reception instead of scanning the boarding pass...
I've never had any problems accessing QF lounges when travelling as a JQ pax with QF status even when capacity has been very restricted.

I think most of the restrictions have been for people trying to access with a complimentary lounge pass.

I have a similar query. Can I access qantas lounge flying on a max bundle Ade-bris?
Jeststar website does not seem to make this clear if on domestic also.

Alternatively I do have lounge passes I can attach - but is there problems with these when flying Jetstar now?

Bundles / fare type do nothing for lounge access.
Does that also mean that I can be on the cheapest JQ fare and still manage to snag QF lounge access as a QF Gold? I can think of a number of fare sales with JQ where you could load up on lounge access for a pittance and get a complimentary trip out of it too!

Not anymore - only bundle that gets lounge access is Business Max.
There have been unconfirmed reports that giving the lounge agent a stiff arm whilst entering the lounge can sometimes work. Whether you later get escorted out by security is up for debate 😅

Joking aside, having flown out of DPS pre-COVID on SQ (as a UA*G member) I had access to a contract lounge SQ makes available for elites. Facilities were decent at the time (good seating, decent selection of food, etc.) and IIRC it was even possible to buy in to the lounge. Indeed, it seems like QF/JQ likely use the same lounge at DPS. However a quick check on the lounge (Premier Lounge) shows that it is temporarily closed. My guess is the lounge is still closed and I wouldn't bother booking a Business Max fare unless you really need the status credits and/or TPIR.
