Qantas lounge complimentary pass

I have 2 Qantas omplimentary passes to the The Qantas Club (received by making a Qantas purchase on my Qantas Amex card). The Club passes will expire end of this month Sept & I'm next travelling on Qantas mid OCtober.
What are my chances of producing the pass at Qantas club and still being admitted. Has anybody given it a go and succeded.
Taking into account they will only be 15 days over expiry date I'm hoping for entry to the lounge.

Any thoughts ??

This will depend a lot upon the Lounge Dragons on duty. Some places (and people) seem to be flexible and some don't.

I'd suggest you ask around and see if anyone has a couple they could swap for you. A much safer bet IMHO.

Done this many of times with 100% entry rate. Some I have used have been exp for greater than 12 months and still no problems. I would be very suprised if you had any problmes.

Also, I have seen posted before reports that people have taken nearly expired passes to Qantas Clubs and swapped them for ones that have a better expiry date. They keep a stash there somewhere apparently!
