Yes but if I recall correctly the TSV QF Pub actually has windows and a decent view. Something that cannot be said for either of HBA or OOL clubs.TSV?
It was like the Boxing Day sales stampede when we were there earlier this year!
I thought HBA did have a view of the tarmac?Yes but if I recall correctly the TSV QF Pub actually has windows and a decent view. Something that cannot be said for either of HBA or OOL clubs.
Ah yes @kangarooflyer88 I vaguely recall daylight at TSV, near the bar ......Yes but if I recall correctly the TSV QF Pub actually has windows and a decent view. Something that cannot be said for either of HBA or OOL clubs.
Narrow view of a single JQ bird parked up when I was there last yearI thought HBA did have a view of the tarmac?
Let me guess a view of the car park, much like the Rex lounge at ADL?Post automatically merged:
MKY has windows but not much of a view.
not entirely true. The South facing end of the lounge has a view of an aircraft parking spot. I usually see a Rex turboprop sitting there. The dom QF lounge at ADL also only offers car park views, as does WLG.
I stand corrected, memory failing me obviously it was a challenge to get a seat.Is that a Qantas 737 in the WLG car park?
I like the skylight in the ADL QP.The dom QF lounge at ADL alsoonlyoffers car park views,as does WLG.

Yeh it was 1 hour prior to the first and then 2 hours prior to other flights. The lounge cleared out quite a bit prior to QF595 being called but priority boarding was dismal (despite joining the priority queue just as they started it seemed no one cared and I ended up being one of the last few onboard. That’s certainly different to when I flew out 4 days ago. The sign said one hour, and it opened only one hour prior.
Yeah it's not too good in OOL tbh. I flew the ither week and a couple of Bronzes with entitlement were ahead of me in the priority line. Now normally I wouldn't really care too much except that they shouldn't have been tgere, but they gad all this stuff they were carrying on. I thought well they probably are in J. Anyway I only saw tge red background when they scanned and nit a word was said by the staff about that or the extra bags. The boarding system should reject automatically if they're boarding ahead of their group with a loud beep then they should be marched to the end of the queue!Yeah it's not too good in OOL tbh. I will say though one time there, maybe 6 months ago, a staff member dud walk the priority line checking and sent some packing. So you know.. inconsistent.
As for the lounge, absolutely packed and tough to find a seat as usual.
They’re slowly rolling that out. Major capitals on domestic 737 and A330s now have such system in place. The boarding system should reject automatically if they're boarding ahead of their group with a loud beep then they should be marched to the end of the queue!
Oh ok wasn't sure if it actually rejected them, if so then fabulous. They’re slowly rolling that out. Major capitals on domestic 737 and A330s now have such system in place.
