The back of the pass will give what the conditions of entry are.

Just looked at the back of my ANZ passes and it says must be on next flight on QF or JQ. Not valid in domestic lounges, which I don't see why not??

May want to double check those conditions.

Typically they say they are not valid in the domestic business lounges. However are still valid at Domestic Qantas Club lounges.
