That's worrying. Is there in fact access for QP? I am planning a trip to Europe next year so debating going through DBX or SIN.

Anecdotal evidence from others who have travelled through Dubai is that it is available like it was pre-COVID.

I'd rather the $20 F&B voucher to be honest.

That message suggesting the Dubai EK lounge was still not open for Qantas was playing on my mind. More comfortable flying back to Aus from LHR with the extra stop stop now.
