I've found recently that a great way to engage with QF and to get speedy answers for all kinds of Questions is to follow / talk to them on Twitter.

Responses are fast, accurate and far less bureaucratic than using 131313 or email.

Just a tip :)

+1 to that. Although they can't help with everything, if you need a quick answer to a question. You'll usually get it much faster from the folks on twitter!

I found that it was easier getting them on twitter when my bags went missing.
