I've noticed a couple of times recently that Qantas has responded to an AFF tweet of a thread. You'd reckon they would be better off putting those resources back into redroo on AFF

That's a bot scanning for key words like "delay", "change", "book", "problem", etc in the same post as "qantas" and assuming that the poster is asking Qantas for help. No Qantas staff get involved with such posts until they get a DM or a direct question is asked with the qantas account tagged.

Most companies with dedicated social media staff follow other similar industry accounts and post on each other’s posts. I’m guessing most of them are in their 20s and have never used a forum like this.
