Qantas partnership with BP

Scanning the bar code at back of QTMC card at BPrewards site a bit far from my place, but an easy process.
Better than the card slide under the former VFF and BP/OTR (SA) system of points earning.
Faster, just scan bar code.

((For those residing in Adelaide, SA)), I tried, and asked if I could earn BPrewards points at an OTR outlet, nope, no luck, the girl said, "o, we are not a BP outlet" so I see your points, esp those of you who do not have a BPrewards outlet close by, meaning you have to drive quite far to get to one.
Even though they (OTR) carry the BP logo out front above their sign, they won't join BPrewards.
The BPrewards outlets are quite afar away from where I live, so while the BPrewards system can be a good one, its a bit of a troublesome way to earn those QFF points, and QF SC if you spend a large amount.
I will still make the effort, once in a few months, but won't go all that regular, ie, not every few days/weeks.
Only buy knickknacks, I don't drive so don't buy fuel from them.
Edit: AMPM fuels at Mile End next to the taxi depot does allow BPrewards, plus St Peters and out Magill way.

In addition to the 10 SC promo for WPs with existing BP rewards membership, it looks like there's a 20 SC promo for WPs who haven't yet signed up for BP rewards.

Spotted in @CaptJCool 's screenshot over in the Bar Carts thread.

Must say, am very satisfied with BPrewards and QFF liaison...
Spent a bit over $13 with a visa debit, and used the QTMC/QFF card's barcode at the back to have it zapped at the BP I popped into, no fuel, so no SC earn, on 30Sept I think it was, on 01Oct, the 13 points appeared in my QFF account.
Very fast and good way (for QFF members in Aust) to get QFF points into an account to stop points from getting zapped close to 18 months expiry.
OT, pity that QTMC can't do Osko where money can be transferred ASAP into QTMC.
Will be going to another BP in the next few weeks.
Thanks for tip about not needing ABN to join BPrewards.

Received the same offer (Triple points). Given I've probably used about 50 litres since lockdown...hard to take too much advantage of that offer.

Now received shop for anything for 250 points. I might jump on that (with multiple accounts)

My hopes were up when I saw the offer on 200 bonus points but it's for $10 spend on "eligible" shop items in store...

Have any WPs received their 10SC from the newsletter offer?

I couldn’t find any reference to when they’d be paid.

I’m wondering if I should chase them up or wait a while.

Yeah I bought two marked down twin packs of turkish delights and it only came to $3.30. Decided a $10 purchase along these lines would be 200 points for becoming as big as a house!

Cheers skip

They probably want to exclude mobile phone recharges and cigarettes/tobacco products.
I will ask when I pop into an AMPM BP outlet on Mon.
In ADL, they are the only ones that will do BPrewards, eventhough they are not a BP store, and are resellers, OTR does not want to get involved in any rewards apart from their Coffee app.

Read the terms & conditions - these are clearly excluded from the definition of "eligible items". Expecting your local service station attendant to know the ins and outs of the BP Rewards loyalty program with any accuracy is beyond amusing.
