Qantas phone service bouquet

I had to get the Qantas phone assistance 131313 to sort out a booking blunder I had made. This was accomplished with great grace by from memory CSO Jenny so a big bouquet is deserved. Thank you for the customer service that is always wanted but not always received.

And a bouquet from me too. Yesterday in my haste to make a booking Melbourne-Adelaide-Melbourne, i inadvertently got it around wrong way as Adelaide-mel-Adelaide. Realising my error, I quickly got onto the phone and the CSO changed the ticket by only charging me the price difference and not a booking fee. Cheers
