Don't really understand what the fuss was about. He wasn't on duty. Wasn't in uniform. Heavy petting never hurt anyone.

If only someone had video taped, then we could discuss if it was appropriate or not

If he was travelling on a staff ticket, then hed be expected to conduct himself as if he were at work. Staff travel is a benefit not a right and to be honest, id have been grossed out to watch this unfold. There are times and places for such behavior, and IMO an aircraft is neither.
