@nickfromeastryde I kept the original email, but did not get a copy of the activation - I did not think of that at the time.
I did send them an email but didn't get a response. Maybe I need to follow up the email, maybe it didn't go to the best direction. Not sure where I should send the email.

But as I only got the offer once I guess things got in the way and I gave up. I will follow it up again.

I have applied westpac card yesterday for 130K points. Westpac and amex both sms me that they approved and cards on the way

I've had four 5x promotions since Feb, none have posted yet (I know I'm just outside the 10 week window) but when onto customer service for another issue I raised it and they asked me to send a copy of the emails over, haven't heard anything since.

By my calculations 10 weeks from the end of February was up yesterday so this morning I was on the phone to Qantas Money. They've said it is a Qantas promotion and they have to pass my inquiry onto Qantas for actioning, Sounds like this is going to be a fight.

So they will pass it on for you? I wonder if it is too late to chase my December points.
I had previously emailed Qantas Money but got no response, so gave up.

I got a call back saying the points will be given on my next statement. So good result.

Give them a call, it was honestly quick and ready.

Do you get bonus points for booking a stay through Qantas Hotels on this card?
No bonus points on my latest statement.

I received "QANTAS PREMIER BONUS 16 MAY 2019 10,000" yesterday along with my normal points for the billing month that just closed on the 12th. I'm on 3x points for March, April , May. I have no idea how they arrived at 10,000 - My March expenditure was over $30k. April the same.

I have a bad feeling that this is going to turn into the usual Citibank debacle. Break out the spreadsheets....

Thanks I just looked in my account 3122 bonus points posted, I am thinking this is from December 18? If that is it I'm not sure its the correct amount but better than nothing. How do you know what promotion it is from?

Also I received another 5000 points from my Woolworths credit card promotion which was from end of Feb 19

[QUOTE="ellen10, post: 1951949, member: 15019" How do you know what promotion it is from[/QUOTE]
It just said bonus points and since December was the only offer I got I’m presuming it’s from then

Was the bonus points offer a maximum of 10000 points? I vaguely remember something about that. I will try and find the email.
