If a call centre is open from 8 AM to 8 PM I would argue that's comparable to Qantas' 24/7 call centre. Because if you were to call into Qantas at 8:01 PM chances are you'll actually get connected to someone at 8 AM thereby negating any benefit.That's a different issue, bt you can hardly contact a call centre that isn't open.
