Qantas Red Planet

Anyone else been having issues with survey stability?

Three surveys in a row (where I haven’t been screened out) and the bloody things crash or come to a grinding halt at the end - not making it to the “satisfaction” page.

Each time I’ve used the contact page to get the points credited (which they usually respond the next day and points come through the day after).

Have a few dramas, maybe on a week. Project Obsidian (can't remember what it was) I completed a month ago but never went through to the red planet satisfaction page. Still sitting in my account as "Resume" however whenever I click on it, it gives me "you've already completed this survey" from another provider.

Project Berrima. Chucked out because I did not want to purchase a house, car, or new technology, nor wanted to buy something for myself, family or friends. 15pts.

Project Vulpix. Chucked out because I was not a business owner or the person who made key decisions in a business. 15pts. I could have stayed in, but I've done one like this before and my self-managed business had absolutely nothing in common with the sorts of questions they asked.

Yes. Have had to email to have 3 survey points manually posted.

Yep, that’s the sort of errors I’ve been getting. If you contact RedPlanet, they close it off and force through a “Special credit”. Just received another credit with less than 48 hrs turn around.

Sandwhiting tracker - they ask about 5 or 6 questions before they say are you the decision maker in the business and when you say no they screen you out
Bigeye Tuna - screened out when I said I was self employed - they didn't have the option of contractor

Completed Project Mondseer for 100 points on horse racing and race horse injury prevention

Just used the "Contact Us" section regarding Sandwhiting Tracker. Finish survey but sticks with a third party "Thank you for completing the survey" page.

On a positive note, I have just cracked 30k pts with Red Planet. Only been enrolled for ~ 2 years but a nice little stream of pts for little investment.

Project Frida. 200 points for 20 minutes or so. Survey No. 562 about business banking.

Cheers skip

Completed Project Eggnog - 10 minutes or so, nothing to do with Christmas, but the relationships between China and Australia - and how we should go forward. As a person with such heritage, it was sensitive topic and painful to do - not the technical parts but the topic itself

Brandenburg - banking/modes of spending. Tech fail half way in; prompt response after I notified them and points on the way.

Minimum - I declined their 'privacy policy' - they hoover up everything. I know such a decline flies in the face of RP/Qantas general use of info, but it made me feel better.

Project aqua, 200 points, maybe 15 minutes, about taking vitamin pills with hokey benefit claims sourced from health food stores (which I don't)
