Had another survey, 'Project Bean', asking about packaged meals and drinks.

After usual personal detail questions, got to the first question about the last time you bought certain types of products and.... voila! Kicked out again!

Same. That makes three consecutive surveys now where I've been screened out.

Just had Project Peso and GoConnect and got bumped on both.

The GoConnect one, I said I had a tablet with 3g/4g and it asked if it was a sim with data to which I said yes and bumped! 3 questions in!

Just had Project Peso and GoConnect and got bumped on both.

The only one I've gotten for a few months was that Peso one. Got bumped 4 questions in.

Remember Red Planet conducts surveys for many companies not just QF

Guys remember the vendor (and this is not always QF) has built in pre determined quotas for the surveys or is going after a tight demo for their research. We use Red Planet and some our our filters are extremely tight.

Actually quite the opposite - it seems like everyone here got dumped so more like is it some kind of fake survey?
On the occasion we are referring to I logged in within a couple of minutes and was ruled out as is pretty much the experience of the rest here. Sample size of 1 maybe?

Honestly, yes you are a sample size of 1 I am afraid
'Everyone here getting dumped' is a sample size of about 5 so far on these forums. Not even a grain of sand on my market research beach!
The last survey we sent had a population screen of 250,000 with a defined sample of 2250. So 99% of our respondents were screened out.

It's all a numbers game.

Which I suspect on Red Planet it isn't as most customers are large corporates with large customer bases

So - are you saying that even though we have all signed up through Qantas, that in the case of Red Planet, and the surveys we have been offered, that it isn't just Qantas participants who have been invited? Additionally our details can be used for other non Qantas surveys?
