How does QF decide who to invite to do these surveys?

Algorithms. Waaaay too high tech for me to explain. They are building up in their databases of each member, the responses from all surveys to build a profile. So if our profile meets a new survey, you're in.

Ah, I don't think I get any of these surveys. Do I need to change something on my profile to express interest in this or what?

Hammered with 2 invites to do Tech Tracker on 15th and 16th after I had already done it and failed on 14th. Then got Electronic Tracker on Wednesday. Took my time to get to it, so much so that after 48 hours, it had disappeared from my available survey list :(

And a turtle is relevant how?

Anyway, got bumped out after hitting NEXT..... probably because I don't own a turtle

Edit: BTW this was first screen on West Coast Tracker just received.

It's been mentioned before that this acts as a kind of CAPTCHA to stop bots from completing surveys ... If you answer honestly, chances are that you'll click on at least one YES...

Got screened out of Project Network Tracker.
All it asked me was if i worked in a specific industry (i said no), my postcode and gender.

I had an 11 day hiatus before getting 2 emails (yesterday afternoon and this morning) - log in to find there are 3 surveys to be done. Woo hoo, got through the first 2 and was obviously too slow (90 mins after getting email) in answering the third :o
