Qantas Red Planet

Just did the survey, says I got 300points. Doesn't say when it will be credited to my QFF account, the survey only took about 5-7mins to complete

I got this, then thought I should sign up for my wife and kids accounts after all. But the link in the invite emails seems no longer to work!

I've done both surveys #1 and #2 but it says nothing about having received 300 points. But my letter of invitation says

Ten members will each win 500,000 points for completing two surveys by 31 July 2015.*
Twelve members will each win 50,000 points for completing at least one survey every quarter, to be drawn from 1 August 2015.^
Earn up to 300 points for every completed survey from 1 August 2015.

Does the final page of the survey say 300 points? Or is it when you click on link to log in to see your points and you see 300? My log in says zero points.

Must have been another email out as I got the survey (after sadly commenting up thread that I had not reached anything). Not sure how long the points take to be transferred from Red Planet to QFF, sure there will be some devil in the detail there somewhere. :)

I just did that one, happy to take the 300 points :)

However, that said, they weren't credited to my account automatically

Do you mean the Red Planet account or QFF. Mine show up in Red Planet immediately. The question is when they are transferred to QFF - could be quarterly or monthly (if lucky)?

This is Number 3 survey.

I think those first two surveys that came with the sign up were called media survey 1 & 2 but did not earn points by the look of it and in fact do not seem to be counted towards the requisite number of surveys for the prize draw. This was was 'shopper something or other' and was a point earner. My survey said:

"In appreciation, this survey completion will earn you 300 Qantas Frequent Flyer Points. You'll also tick off one of your two surveys needed for automatic entry into our upcoming Qantas Points prize draw."

I thought the first 2 surveys counted as the two needed for the prize draws, 3rd was just a bonus and the start of future surveys.

Yes sorry I meant red planet account.

Ahh, that did show up yes, but nothing to my actual QFF account.

Aaha, that's clear now. I've yet to receive a link to survey #3.
