Anyone getting sick of the ones where it takes 15 questions to screen you out?
One on alcohol this morning for only 100 pts, answered at least 15 qs, age, postcode, do you drink this and what frequency, only to get 15 points. kind of frustrating. should be capped at 5 questions max for those situations i reckon

Project smokehouse today, pretty quick and easy - 150 pts
Fizzy tracker was sent yesterday - a pain to complete on my iphone but as I was travelling, it was the only option. Good to complete it during my flight using the inflight wifi and scored 250 pts for this.

Project smokehouse - what a bizarre set of first questions - didn't make it past my age and sex

Project prestige- 100 pts. Definitely took more than 10 minutes and asked so many questions about 2 universities I had not much knowledge about and that aren’t even in my state.

No points have come across for the last week ? I have pretty much had a survey every second day.
Anybody else had this issue?
Thanks

I haven't got points on my activity statement for about a week. Whilst I haven't had as many surveys in the last week as you, I have had some and hope the points come through soon.

Having said that I don't have any imminent plans to redeem points so I'm in no rush.

Project Transmission A was an easy 5 questions and I didn't fit the mold. Think this is about he 5th time I have completed this survey. Easy 15 points

Project Early was all about milk products, consumption and new product ideas. Took way longer than 20 mins...plus I timed out and haven't got my points.

Project Antelope. Seriously, who thinks up these names... another set of questions and the obligatory "Unfortunately we have now filled our target groups for this particular survey.". Another 15 points.

I had issues with this survey and fired off this email:

I received an email for Project Early survey this morning and along with others, attempted to complete them this morning.

Project Early was the last one I attempted. As this survey took much longer to complete than advised and anticipated, I had to stop completion mid way (and left it open). When I went back into the survey to finish (after a break due to a client meeting), I finished the questions and then sent the completed survey.

Now I can’t resume (as my Account page is telling me I must), as I have finished the survey and receive the following page (correctly):

{redacted screenshot}

Can you please advise whether this can be fixed and he points awarded for successful completion.

I got a reply this morning:

Thanks for your patience while we have been looking into the technical issue you recently experienced on the Project Early .

We're sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused and will be crediting your account with the 250 Qantas Points you would have received for completing the survey. This will appear as a 'Special Credit' in your Survey History table.

Please allow up to 10 business days for this to be reflected in your account.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Kind regards,
The Red Planet Team

Wow, great service. Will wait patiently...

Impressively, I looked at my account this afternoon and the points are already there:

13-Nov-18 RPC_EL415A11 Project Early Special Credit 250

Now onto Project Horizon. All about car purchase (timing). Sorry, I don't expect to purchase on for the next 3-4 years and I answered honestly. Didn't make the cut. 15 points

I got the same timeout at the end of Early. However, it still shows Resume but just keeps giving authentication errors.

As you've gotten the points, figured I'd contact them to let them know it's not working.
