More than that. All sorts of FF benefits (Lounge access, Priority boarding, seat selection, priority phone, advanced access to rewards, upgrades, alliance benefits, extra points earn etc.

Couldn’t work out which airline was polling but examples included QF, VA, QR, EK, SQ and NZ. All hypothetical I presume. Maybe to check any bias towards one’s preferred FF program?

Yeah was impossible to pick who that was for. Definitely ignored on the ground, earn and burn type benefits

I received a couple of survey emails while overseas, so could not do them. When I logged into my account yesterday, there were three surveys. One finished, one wouldn't start, and one on beauty products. At least my QFF account keeps ticking over!
