They’ll just sit there. While you have QFF linked , I think the only way to grow that is to write reviews for places you each at. Or invite someone to join and you get bonus points. But probably not worth the effort.

Good day,

Our relevant already responded in regards to the missing Qantas points.

They advised you that you will automatically receive 1,000 Qantas Points every time your Woolworths Rewards balance hits 2,000 Woolworths Points. Conversion will take place in multiples of 2,000 Woolworths Points only. Any Woolworths Points that are less than a full 2,000 Woolworths Points will remain in your Woolworths Rewards account for future use.
The points earn in this receipt is under his Woolworths Rewards points. Once required point is hit, points will be converted into Qantas points

Reminds me of the time I asked Eurowings what the deal was with lounge access for United MileagePlus members, and got a reply telling me about dangerous goods that weren't allowed in your luggage.

I contacted the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre again and here's the response:

We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused. To support you through this, kindly confirm the email address you use in your Quandoo App. Upon receipt, we will relay this to our relevant team to check on the delay in allocating the points to your account.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to hearing from you soon.
