Qantas Sale Restrictions

Hi,

I've done a couple of paid flights in J to the US when QF has one of their sales and I've noticed they often restrict the sale fares to departures on Monday-Thursday. Does anyone know if they often have the same restriction on sale fares to Europe? Thanks

I think so, yes. No need to do the deep discounts on the more popular days to travel.

Pretty much the same across the board. Certainly not specific to QF. Most of the sales will also have blackout periods to varying extents.

Qantas have day of week surcharges to a bunch of international destinations, including North America and Europe, so it is quite feasible that sale fares will be mid week only...
