Will be interesting to see the long term strategy with the land sale..

I am guessing that it is away to give some extra cash buffers but my concern is renting the space will cost more in the long run the ownership

Cash buffers!!??! Aren't they mortgaged to the hilt? :oops: Perhaps you mean - finally pay passengers their refunds immediately, instead of dragging things out for months on end, or payout the proportion of "stood down" staff members who might be more realistically defined as "retrenched", and I am left to wonder if everyone else who they might owe money to is being paid on time? Unfortunately, I don't think we are talking about some "rainy day" buffers!
