The inversion of the parties when it comes to this (and actually, quite a few things) continues to bemuse.

But also is not surprising. Or meaningful. Particularly given in this case, the walk-back also began almost immediately.

Last week Andrew Bragg got a rocket from his Coalition colleagues for suggesting GST be withheld from states who don't build enough houses.
You might think the Lib/Nat brains trust will tighten the leash on policy thought bubbles after this.
Dunno how high profile Shadow Transport is as a port folio but perhaps it's a little too lofty for the Senator from Victoria. Sport wasn't her thing either though from memory.

What an idiotic comment from the politician (Yes I do see it has now been retracted).

Do they realise how many companies in Australia would be split up under this same ‘rule’. Not to mention 1000 other downstream implications. Hilarious.
