One thing that really annoys me when JASA searching on the award bookings page - is that everything has to be entered in the correct order - if you forget to set it to ASA and input a date and then select the ASA button - it then resets the date - why?. It resets the locations too depending on what you've done out of order. This is especially frustrating from a mobile device.

+1 on that.

The site is overall quite good. There are some aspects that are a bit "clunky" and there are limits to what you can do wit rebookings, reroutings on already purchased tickets - but for the sheer absics, it's vewry efficicent, and also holds a vast amount of info about qantas generally.

If i'd add one thing, is there shouldnt be fees for using a call centre if the change is unable to be made online.

I find the site not great, but not bad either...

However we are the wrong group to be asking, you can build the most complex and confusing piece of software, but if people use it often enough (like AFF members are likely to do) they'll know the quirks and won't really notice it's problems.

The people whom should be asked this question is the once every couple of year flyers, as they will not know instinctively how to do things, and thus if they can still navigate their way round then it's a good site.

As others have mentioned, their current method of menu navigation can be a little annoying, but in terms of the site map I see nothing wrong.

I agree. I had to hand over more points because I wasn't able to book a flight online - pretty poor IMHO. A CX J flight that appeared in the search but rejected every time I tried to book and pay the taxes etc. (Points flight.)

I like the QF Website. Very easy to use. Less ads would be better, but you can't have everything.

I like selecting flights with the prices very transparent to the user. Try the EK website and you only get the price after you have selected flights....what a pain that is.

I like the website in general, the flash elements are easily handled by Apple devices.
A One World booking tool would be an excellent addition :)

I have no problems with it, it's the mobile site that drives me round the bend!
Yes what is the point of it? I can't work out how to do anything but look up my bookings. Doesn't seem to be a way to check in online.
Then again it might be my phone or the operator.

Personally no dramas with the site.
Only the issue that others have raised about JASA tickets booking into J on the domestic leg only, despite being hit for the full J points.
