Qantas Wine latest offering

Must have gotten in before the rush - I also ordered on the 15th (in the afternoon) and it is still "processing".

I don't know where Aust. Post has been hiding it but it just turned up this morning.

Can't say the wine is particularly attractive, so unless you think $100-150 for 10K points is good value (I'm skeptical), then I'd avoid this deal. If you're giving the wine away to others for gifts etc. then it's a bargain.
I love your last sentence :D (I couldn't have said it better myself) ;)

I noticed I hadn't been getting emails from Epiqure for a while - for ex. I didn't get the email about the business wines promo. I checked on the website, which then pointed me to QF's subscription page, and it was ticked. No idea why the emails stopped, though it seemed to coincide with becoming premium again. I un-ticked and ticked again just to be sure. Only been 4 days so I'll wait a bit.
Has anybody else had this issue? I do get the order status emails, just not the promos. And nothing in the junk or spam folders.

I get tracking email from DHL but my last order arrived with an AP eParcel label. Maybe because I don't want them to leave at the door though and they have to send it to the post office.

You got a tracking email form a @dhl.com email address?

Whenever I've got a shipment notification from Epiqure, the link always takes me to the AP website, where DHL is mentioned as being the sender, but I assumed that was something/someone different to DHL the courier company. I wonder if DHL is used in some areas, and AP is passed the ball in others.

Personally, I'd be more inclined to buy 2 x six packs of the Best's Bin 1 shiraz for a combined 10,000 points for under $300. While the '13 isn't quite as good as the 12, or the 11 (the Jimmy Watson winner), iIMO it's a very decent drop.

Having said that, I won't be partaking. Picked up 2 x cases of 2012 Rockford Basket Press this month, so wine budget blown

Is that 2 of the 3 pack cases that Rockford sell BP in or 24 bottles !!
12 bottles (with each case being 6 bottles). I'm not a stonewaller. However, in addition to my own 3 bottle limit, I am fortunate enough to have 3 x friends and family who were happy to road trip to Rockfords to pick up their 3 bottles each :)

So I stopped using Epicure after they dropped AusPost as a carrier. Have they gone back to them?

I used the new "Click & Collect" function last time I ordered. It was dropped off at the Chemist around the corner from my place and I collected it from there when they sent me a text message, much easier than Aus Post.

That's a good effort - it is good when friends can help out like this - I am very grateful to have had some assistance obtaining some '11 and '12 BP
