Qantas Wine latest offering

Qantas wines have a number of back vintages of d'Arenberg wines with up to 30,000 bonus QFF points.

Eg: d'Arenberg The Apotropaic Triskaidekaphobia Shiraz 2013 for $534

Don't forget potentially 10% more discount for points club plus members, plus you may have a $50 voucher lying around. So the above example cost me $430.60 for 6 bottles delivered.

Note: Ends midnight!

UPDATE: There were at least 3 different offerings (incliuding some 2011's) with the 30,000 point bonus, but this appears to have been reduced to only 1 now.

All gone I think

Perhaps I am missing something here but if you bought one of each that would net you 33,000 bonus points and a further 3 points per dollar spent if you are a premium wine member so 3132 points there meaning you'd earn a total of 36,132 points. In terms of whether that is a good deal, well how much would it cost to buy these points? 35,000 points would set you back $1038, so I guess if you want some wine it can be a decent offer.

The points come with a bonus box of wine OR if you’re buying the wine anyway, you’ve scored a J seat for free (well, plus taxes).

The d'Arenberg wine pictured were offered at 5,000 points a bottle last week, so no deal I would say at the current price and points haul.

There's an over the phone deal for those that may be interested.

Reschke Armenta Museum Release 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon
was $99.00, now $29.70 per bottle
$356.40 or 61,920 Qantas Points per case of 12
(96 points Sam Kim)

I joined the wine club this week for a 5,000 referral welcome bonus. I also got Points Club membership courtesy of Qantas Business membership, so free shipping and 3 points per dollar spent. Noice, oh and 2 Business lounge passes a year.
Because I am a tight cough I bought the cheap end of the spectrum, enough ($350) to activate the 5,000 pt bonus refrral welcome. Purchased the following wines.

MASMEZTER19_1.jpg
$27.50ea, case of 6 - 6,000 points
Maso di Mezzo Teroldego Rotaliano 2019Estimated delivery 29 March 2023

$16.99 ea - 5,100 points
d'Arenberg d'Arry's Original Grenache Shiraz 2019Estimated delivery 29 March 2023

$368.88 for total 11,100 points plus 1,106 pts is 12,206 points or 30 cents per point. Plus the 5,000 referral points were a bonus.
Was offered 30,000 pts (plus bonus pts) on a $600 mixed red case, but $55/btl is a bit rich for me.

A bit OT but i placed a couple of orders on Saturday afternoon to use some vouchers (two single bottles) and they turned up today! Less than 72 hours from order to arrival - that must be a record.
