That could explain it. I've had issues receiving promotional emails from QF, despite showing as subscribed to everything. I might call up and see if I can get a wine voucher.
 
I thought that they aren't birthday vouchers, but vouchers issued on your QF Anniversary date, and it's been this way quite a while now

My vouchers are sitting in my account when I log in via browser, no problem in MS Edge

Does look like they must be issued within 21 days after your QFF anniversary now. I thought that they were previously birthday.

I was sent a Qantas hotel voucher a month ago when I hit my PCP this year.

Before PC, QF wine would issue birthday vouchers (I think for premium members only perhaps?). Totally unrelated to PC.
Yeah, I received a comp QF Wine (Premium membership) when I joined QBR and probably got a Birthday voucher. Pretty sure with PC, you got the birthday voucher also (probably to align with the comp QF Wine membership) but they’re definitely arriving on anniversary renewal these days (although some peeps seem to miss out).
 
Has anyone had difficulty using their Points Club $50 voucher?

No matter what wine I put in my cart, I get "Discount code is not applicable to this cart." As far as I can tell there is no conditions about what I need to purchase.

My code is definitely still valid as I can see it on the "My Points Club" page.

Used vouchers can still appear on your dashboard. There’s an “X” to click to make it disappear.

That aside, there were issues a year or two ago as they switched systems and “old” Birthday vouchers stopped working.

You could try calling, they‘re usually pretty quick to answer the phone.

My experience is that the codes stay on the points club page even after you’ve used them. Not saying this is definitely the case with you but a while ago I went to use a code and didn’t work. I called up about it and it turned out that I had used the code several months earlier.

I am a new Qantas Wine customer and realised I didn't apply my 5000 code to the original purchase so I decided to call.

An interesting experience which might make me call again. In short the operator was very keen for me to spend $2000 to receive an extra 30k points as a one off if the deal was completed today. The challenge was the $2000 spend was for all types except sparkling which I was hoping to buy.

After some negotiation the operator gave me an additional 10k bonus points for spending $1500 on top of 45k points I was earning from the wines selected (total 55k points).

The operator gave me their email address which I might contact to see what specials can be done from time to time.

Has anyone else had an experience with these operators providing bonus points to close the deal?

Double wow they gave their email address.

Good way to grab some quality/good wine with bunch of qff points.

Who has PC or the plus version without placing an order or 2.

I always order over the phone as they throw in bonus points if your order is over $300.

I'm having this same problem, and had not used the vouchers

I just checked and it’s working for me. Copied my PC voucher from the dashboard and applied it to a random wine doz. Showed the $50 discount applied.
